The entire flange designed and manufactured to confirm strictly to ASME, API, MSS, AWWA, BS, DIN, JIS. And we machine forging, forged ring, winder flange. Bearing ring, ring gear roughs and well molds for large troches acc to customer drawing and requirement. In order to make our products perfectly, we mainly use reduce equipment as D52-3000 Riveting machine, Well type resistance furnace, Numerical control lathe, drilling holes machine, which can enhance the qualities products to meet such as industrial applications.
Also we have going to ensure best quality and also strict quality assurances systems are conducted throughout the entire production are operated by ISO9001/2000 system.
Our Capacity as following, Forged ring: 12000 Ton/ year Forged flange: 800T/year products maximum range: 5000MM. We try to enlarge our oversea market again, as we have received good reputation form our customer who are in USA, Europe, UK, Southeast Asia, Korea, Japan, Iran and Dubai. Also in domestic market, we mainly sell products to petroleum gas field.
